Our policies

Book online for a single treatment, a bride's morning or a groom's hour. A party day is booked by phone with Carlee, so she can plan the suite with you. A package, or any booking for two or more guests, is held with a card that goes toward your visit. A single treatment doesn't need one.

A single treatment can be moved or canceled up to 48 hours ahead without trouble. A package or a party holds a room and several people, so we ask for seven days. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting; a party that is late has its last treatments shortened.

If a guest misses a visit without telling us, the card on the booking may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see before you confirm. If the date of the wedding moves, call Carlee; we would rather move you.

Treatments are for guests 16 and older. A parent or guardian books for anyone under 18 and stays in the building. A companion of any age is welcome in the lounge, with an adult.

Tell us about allergies and sensitivities when you book and again at the talk before your treatment. We can tell you every product we use, and we will test a product on a small area of skin first when you ask. A first facial six weeks before the wedding lets us see how your skin takes it.

If you're not happy with a treatment, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right, whether that means another visit or a talk about what went wrong.

Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card, and for a party we divide it among the people who looked after you.

During massage you are covered by a sheet except for the area being worked on. You choose how much to undress, and you can ask us to change anything or stop at any time.

We have no sauna or steam room. Our heat is a warmed table, hot towels, warm stones and a warm wrap, and those treatments are for guests 18 and older. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you book stones or a wrap. Tell your therapist if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Please keep your phone on silent in the suite and the treatment rooms. Photographs of the party in robes are welcome in the lounge. None in the treatment rooms or anywhere guests are changing or resting.
