Questions and answers
How far ahead should we book?
Six weeks for the bride's morning, four weeks for a party day and two weeks for the groom's hour. Saturdays in the spring and fall fill first, so earlier is easier.
How many people fit in the party suite?
Eight guests, with two treatment tables and a lounge for the rest of the party. For a larger group, call Carlee and we will plan it in two parts.
Can we add a guest after booking?
Yes, up to 72 hours before. Call Carlee and she will add the guest and their treatment to the plan.
Do you do hair and makeup?
No. We can build the morning around your stylist's arrival, so ask Carlee when you plan.
Can a bridesmaid who is pregnant come?
Yes. She should check with her doctor first and tell us when you book, and we will plan her treatment around it.
Can we give a package as a shower gift?
Yes. A gift card works for any amount and for any package or treatment, and it can be bought online or at the desk.
Can we bring champagne?
We serve tea, sparkling water and a breakfast table. Please leave alcohol for after; heat and massage don't go well with it.
Are there treatments for the groom?
Yes. The Groom's Hour is a massage with Johnnie for the groom, or the groom and a groomsman. Any treatment on the menu can be booked for the men in the party.
Do you have a sauna or steam room?
No. The heat we use is a warmed table, hot towels, warm stones and a warm wrap. The policies page says who should ask a doctor first.
Do you take walk-ins?
Most visits are booked ahead, but if there is an opening we will fit you in. Call first.
