How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and how deposits, canceling, tips and gift cards work.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: how long the treatment is, what kind it is, how many guests are in the booking and who you book with.
The length of each treatment
Massage, facial, body, or hands and feet
The number of guests, and the party suite for a group
The level of the person you book
The talk before your treatment
Every visit begins with a few minutes about pressure, areas to avoid and anything you want us to know that day. For a facial, the esthetician looks at your skin first. The talk is part of your appointment time.
Deposits
A card holds a package, and any booking for two or more guests, and it goes toward your visit. A single treatment doesn't need one.
A single treatment can be moved or canceled up to 48 hours ahead. A package or a party holds a room and several people, so we ask for seven days. The policies page explains what happens with shorter notice.
How levels set the price
A senior therapist or esthetician may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell Carlee when she calls two weeks ahead. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for the team at the desk or on your card, and for a party we divide it among the people who looked after you.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any amount, for any treatment or package. Buy one online or at the desk; whoever receives it books like any guest.
See what each package includes
Every package lists its parts, its length and how far ahead to book.
